PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KOMUNIKASI DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT POS INDONESIA (PERSERO) BANDA ACEH
Abstract
This research aims to determine employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Banda Aceh. This research was carried out using quantitative methods. This research sample uses several appropriate sources who can provide accurate information about the topic the researcher is researching. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative methods where information obtained through interviews with sources was then linked to relevant theories according to the topic being studied. The research results show that partially motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Banda Aceh with a value of tcount (2.188) greater than ttable (1.998), partially Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Banda Aceh with a tcount (3.168) smaller than ttable (1.998) and partially work stress has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Banda Aceh with a tcount value (0.117) smaller than ttable (1.998) and simultaneously Motivation, Communication and work stress simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Banda Aceh with a value of Fcount (11.328) greater than Ftable (2.09). Thus, it can be concluded that partially job satisfaction influences employee performance, communication influences employee performance and work stress has no effect on employee performance. So, in this research, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.
