The population in this study are 49 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018-2021. The sample collection method used purposive sampling method in order to obtain 23 companies that met the criteria as samples. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously Current Ratio, Return on Assets (ROA), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) affect to stock underpricing. Partially, Current Ratio (CR) have no effect on stock prices. Yamaha Alpha Scorpii Beurawe Banda Aceh. The data was collected throught questionnaires distributed to the respondents. This study used saturated sample or census with 35 employees at PT. Yamaha Alpha Scorpii Beurawe Banda Aceh as samples. The data of study was analyzed by using a multiple linear regession model and processed using the SPSS (Statistical Packadge Social Science) assistance program. The results of this research indicate that Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Work Performance at PT. Yamaha Alpha Scorpii Beurawe Banda Aceh with a value of t count (2.794) greater than t table (2.037). Job Stress has a significant effect on Employee Work Performance at PT. Yamaha Alpha Scorpii Beurawe Banda Aceh with a t count value (-2.617) more than the t table value (2.037). Job Satisfaction and Job Stress simultaneously influence Employee Job Performance at PT. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. This research sample uses several appropriate sources that can provide accurate information about the topic that the researcher is researching. Data analysis was carried out using a quantitative method where the information obtained through interviews with informants was then associated with relevant theories in accordance with the topics studied. The results of the research partially democratic leadership style has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction and is significant with the value of tcount (2.755) greater than ttable (2.003). The work environment variable has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction and is significant with a tcount (3.080) smaller than ttable (2.003). Simultaneously democratic leadership style and work environment have a positive effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Banda Aceh BPJS Employment Office and are significant with Fcount (20.074) greater than Ftable (2.25). Thus it can be concluded that partially democratic leadership style affects employee performance, the work environment influences employee performance as well. This research uses a quantitative method with a population of 30 employees using a saturated sampling technique (census method). Primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents and processed using SPSS version 26.0 statistical tools. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial) to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable at a 95% confidence level. The research results show that partially the compensation variable has a significant and influential effect on employee performance with a calculated t value (5.452) greater than t table (2.052), the work discipline variable has a significant and influential effect on employee performance with a calculated t value (4.033) greater than t table (2.052). Simultaneously, the compensation and discipline variables have an influence with the calculated F value (5.172) being greater than F tabe1 (2.95). The location of this research was the Aceh Shopping Center Market in Banda Aceh, while the object of this research was the Survival Factors of Aceh Shopping Center market entrepreneurs in Banda Aceh. The sample used in this research was 100 Aceh Shopping Center market traders. Based on the results of the analysis, there are factors that influence the survival of traders at the Aceh Shopping Center Market, the first factor is internal factors, namely the availability of business capital, business location and business turnover and the second is external factors, namely the existence of competitors, levies and consumer purchasing power. Of the internal factors, the most dominant is the business location factor and of the external factors the most dominant is consumer purchasing power. The problem arising is whether the staff participation and accountability of the RKas against the performances of the Chief of School in Keuluung Aceh Jaya state High School? The study aims to find out the impact of the participation of staff and accountancy of RKAS on the performance of the Head of School at Keuluang Aceh Jaya State High School both simultaneously and partially. The sample of this research is the teachers and officers who are at Keuluang Aceh Jaya State High School which consists of 23 professors and officials using census techniques. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously there is an influence between the participation of staff and the accountability of the RKAS on the performance of the head of school. The results of the F test obtained the number Fcalung > Ftable or (20,059>3,07) and the test signified that p value of 0,000 < p is set to 0.05 which means significant. The test results partially showed that: 1. Participation of employees influenced the performance of the head of the school Thitung 3,164 > Table 1,720 and p value 0,002 < of p 0.05 signifies significant. 2.
