PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI RESTORAN BAKSO PAKNU KOTA BANDA ACEH

Abstract

This research aims to find out how compensation and work discipline influence employee performance at the Paknu meatball restaurant in Banda Aceh, both simultaneously and partially. This research uses a quantitative method with a population of 30 employees using a saturated sampling technique (census method). Primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents and processed using SPSS version 26.0 statistical tools. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial) to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable at a 95% confidence level. The research results show that partially the compensation variable has a significant and influential effect on employee performance with a calculated t value (5.452) greater than t table (2.052), the work discipline variable has a significant and influential effect on employee performance with a calculated t value (4.033) greater than t table (2.052). Simultaneously, the compensation and discipline variables have an influence with the calculated F value (5.172) being greater than F tabe1 (2.95). It can be concluded that both partially and simultaneously the variables of compensation and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance at the Bakso Paknu restaurant, Banda Aceh City.
